You can order easily using our website/application. When you find a product you like, you can add it to cart and go through the ordering process you can make an account or use Guest Checkout.

You can use Online Method of Payment by paying at our portal or Pay Cash on Delivery.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit, Such as Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Address for Shipment to be delivered to.

Yes, if it has not passed 3 days from the Day of Receiving of Product and the Product is in New shape as you received it. Have a look at our Return Policy for more Information.

You can request for a Return/Refund of a specific product in my account section and our Courier will Pick-up the Product from the Address Provided. Please make sure the Product is in same condition you received it and has it’s tags, box & etc.

Delivery charges in Tbilisi are fixed 5 GEL,.
